Yelagiri

Yelagiri is a hill station in Vellore district of Tamil Nadu, India, situated off the Vaniyambadi-Tirupattur road.Located at an altitude of 1,410 metres above Mean Sea Level and spread across 30 km, the Yelagiri village (also spelled Elagiri at times) is surrounded by orchards, rose-gardens, and green valleys.Yelagiri is one of the famous places for trekkers in India. The hill station is located at a height of 1048 meters above sea level. Yelagiri comprises 14 hamlets and a number of temples spread over several hills.

Swami malai hills

Swami malai hills are the hills in the form of cake with a strong base at the bottom and high peak of the hills just tend to touch the sky. The highest of its peak is about 4338 meters from the ground level and people love climbing the great heights at a stretch. 
There are several other peaks in the neighbourhood like Javadi hills, Pallamathi hills and the like which are easier to climb and thereby enjoy the beauty of the nature from a distance. Climbing does consume time, so if one starts climbing the mountain early in the morning then one can enjoy the beauty of the mountain all day long with all the different climatic conditions troughout the day.

Jalagamparai

Jalagamparai waterfalls stay to be in the valley region downhill and are at little distance away from the Yeligiri. It's a beautiful place to be there and the experience is worth remembering. Waterfall's view is best in the days of November to February as they are fully loaded with water but the waterfall is little dry in the times of summers. 
These days the flow of water in the waterfall is considerably reduced as compared to recent past years, but still its scenic beauty has always been appreciated and liked by most of the tourists visiting the place and they have a great time there.
